Milkweed is one of many important pollinators. I’m especially drawn to flowers like this as they remind me of the crucial interdependence that exists in nature. It’s not just an option or something that might be nice to achieve. It’s necessary for survival and continuation. This hand-painted ornament is meant to be a visual reminder of that fact.
